1. Definitions

Company means Forest Edge, operated by Songyuan Cui Lin Technology Co., Ltd., at Building 3, Room 302, Tianhe Jindu Community, Ningjiang District, Songyuan City, Jilin Province, 131000, China. Services are computer systems design, integration, and consulting. Website is forested.lol.

2. Service Description

We provide professional systems design and engineering. Specific scope, deliverables, and fees are defined in separate written agreements. These Terms govern general use.

3. Intellectual Property

All deliverables remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables for internal purposes without transfer of ownership.

4. User Obligations

Provide accurate information, use lawfully, not damage our systems, not attempt unauthorized access, no automated tools without permission.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties protect non-public information for five years after termination. Standard exceptions apply.

6. Liability

Not liable for indirect damages. Total liability limited to fees paid or USD 100. Services as is. Does not exclude liability for death, injury, or fraud.

7. Indemnification and Termination

You indemnify us from claims. We may suspend access. Surviving terms continue. Terms may be modified; continued use constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

Governed by PRC law. Disputes in courts of Songyuan, Jilin, China.
